You’ve created your account, so BANA has already set up one store for you. Setting it up is three quick things: pick the store you’ll work in, fill in your business details so receipts and invoices are correct, and learn where everything lives in the dashboard.

Before you start

  • A BANA account — if you don’t have one yet, see Create your account.
  • Your business name, tax code, and address. These print on receipts and invoices, so have them handy.

Choose your store

Select the store you’ll work in

When you signed up, BANA created a default store called Headquarter. Sign in at client.prods1.bana.com.vn. At the top of the dashboard you’ll see your organization name, Cà Phê Sài Gòn, next to the store name. Select Headquarter to open the store menu.

Everything you create later — products, orders, inventory, reports — belongs to the store selected here. If you open more locations down the road, you switch between them from this same menu, and each one keeps its own products, stock, and orders.

Fill in your business details

Enter your business details

Accurate details appear on every receipt and invoice, so set them up early. From the dashboard, open the Settings card. The General tab shows your Merchant Identity — how this store appears to customers and on receipts.

  1. In Name, type your business name (Cà Phê Sài Gòn). This replaces the default Headquarter.
  2. In Tax Code, enter your tax code (0312987654).
  3. Set your address in City/Province, Wards/Commune, and Location (for example 123 Nguyễn Huệ).
  4. Select Save in the top bar.

Your Industry already shows Food & Beverage from signup. The Merchant Preview panel on the right shows exactly what a customer will see. For the full walkthrough — including logo and legal representative — see Update your business details.

Find your way around

Read the dashboard home

The dashboard home greets you with today’s numbers and a card for each part of your business. You don’t need all of it on day one, but knowing where things live saves time later:

  • Revenue Today, Orders, Employees, and Alerts — a snapshot across the top.
  • Open POS, Add Product, and Invite Staff — quick actions to get going.
  • Sale, Product, Inventory, Customer, Finance, Team, Report, and Settings — one card each; select a card to open that area.

Tip: You don’t have to set up everything at once. Most owners start by adding a product and making a first sale, then come back for inventory and finance later.

Troubleshooting

  • Receipts still say “Headquarter”: you haven’t renamed the store yet. Open Settings → General, set Name to your business name, and select Save.
  • Tax Code won’t save: check that it’s a valid 10-digit number. Use the Check button next to the field to validate it.
  • You can’t find Settings: it’s the Settings card on the dashboard home, and also the Settings menu in the top-left.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to fill in every detail before I can sell?

No. You can start selling right away. But set your business name and tax code before you issue receipts or VAT invoices, because they print on those documents.

I sell from more than one location. Do I set each one up separately?

Yes. Each store keeps its own products, stock, and orders. Switch between them from the store menu at the top of the dashboard, and fill in the details for each one.

Where do these business details actually appear?

On printed and digital receipts, and on VAT invoices. The Merchant Preview panel on the right of the General settings page shows exactly what a customer sees.

Can I change the business name later?

Yes. Open Settings > General and update the Name field whenever you need to, then select Save. Changes apply to new receipts and invoices straight away.
